Preparation Method
In the order of adding water first (1:10~20) and then adding oil, use clean tap water to prepare an emulsion of the required concentration, circulate and stir evenly, and use it after all emulsified into an emulsion.
Preparation Requirements
When preparing (replacing) new liquid, the old liquid, metal chips and oil sludge should be removed, and then 1-2% of this product dilution and 0.3-0.5% fungicide should be used for circulation cleaning and then discharged. Finally, this product should be added. When the pump is turned on, add the original liquid and stir it evenly for use.
Add New Liquid
When the storage tank needs to be replenished, while adding water, the emulsified oil stock liquid should be added in proportion to maintain a sufficient concentration of the working liquid.
Precautions
The working fluid should be kept clean and ventilated, the machine tool should have complete filtration, and the slag removal system should promptly remove impurities such as iron chips and floating oil. If the machine tool is not used for many days, the box liquid should be pumped for 2 hours a day for empty circulation and oxygenation, and the box liquid concentration and pH value should be measured regularly, and new liquid should be added or replaced in time.
